I am not a fan of horror movies, but my family and I love monster movies! We are obsessed with Tim Burton movies (Nightmare Before Christmas, Corpse Bride, Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands and more!) Also frequently playing in our house are cartoon monster movies (Monsters vs. Aliens, Monsters Inc, Monsters University, Coraline, Hotel Transylvania, etc.) Needless to say, I was pretty excited to see today’s theme pop up on our Totally Free Printables theme calendar.

Monster Bathroom Signs

When it comes to decor and design in our home, our style pretty heavily favors my daughter and my tastes. My husband and son are pretty content to just sit back, take it all in and let us make the design decisions. Sometimes though I feel bad that we don’t have more masculine touches in our house. So for today’s printable I decided to create a series of bathroom signs that could be put in a child’s bathroom.

Now I don’t know if you have ever lived with boy children… maybe it’s just my own… but I’m constantly having to say:

“You just came out of the bathrrom, but I didn’t hear a flush. Did you flush the toilet?”

“I didn’t hear the sink…did you wash your hands and your face?”

“Let me smell your breath. Did you brush your teeth? What about your hair?”

“Did you change your underwear?” (Ok… that’s one I didn’t make a sign for, LOL.)

So I decided to take those ideas and incorporate them into today’s free monster printable.

These sweet little monsters are just too cute, and perfect for a child’s bathroom! Print them our and frame them, or print them out and laminate them for a super inexpensive and easy to replace decor idea!
